1. Stand tall on a flat surface, with your heel gently resting against the wall.

2. Measure from the back of your heel to the tip of your longest toe, keeping your foot naturally aligned and firmly against the wall.

3. Repeat with the other foot, and refer to the measurement of the longer foot when consulting the size guide.
