BUST: Wrap the measuring tape around your back and over the fullest part of your bust. Do it gently, without pulling, allowing the tape to follow the natural contours of your body.

WAIST: Place the tape at the narrowest part of your waist and measure without tightening, keeping a relaxed posture.

HIPS: Position the tape around the widest part of your hips, always parallel to the floor, for an accurate measurement.
